Double Room - close to the university!!!

Hi all!

Since I had to move out from Loughborough I am looking for someone to move into my old room! It's quite a big double room in a nice house with a massive garden. Shared with two lovely and clean flatmates (girl - working at the university and guy - PhD student). I have to find a replacement because I have found a job and I'm moving to Portsmouth.

Room is £295 + bills (~£50 - it is actually a little bit more than we are currently using but we've decided to pay more to compensate heating costs during the winter). If you are a professional you will have to share the council tax as well (approx 30 pounds).

If you are interested or you know somebody who is looking for the room please let me know and please share the info. I am already in Portsmouth but my ex-flatmates will show you everything.
