Lovely room to let with 5 existing very friendly girls. 4 are students, one is on a placement year so working but still living the student life!
All the girls are super friendly, clean and tidy with lots of different interests, difficult not to get along with really!

The room it self is a great size on the second floor - big double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, large chest of drawers, bed side table and a tv mounted on the wall (also great black out blinds!) The room also has surround sound.

All bills are included, wifi as well. 1 toilet & shower room upstairs of a good size, and a bathroom downstairs! Lounge & kitchen is large & open plan, with lots of cupboard and fridge / freezer space as well as a dining table.

The house and the current housemates are so so lovely, I sadly have to move out as got a last minute placement and can not continue the long commute anymore so moving closer to work.

Great location - 5 minute walk to town, 2 minute walk to supermarket, and short walk to the University.
Any issues with the house are always sorted very promptly by the letting agents - very efficient

Available to rent from whenever fits, contract will end on the 30th of June.
