I am a working landlady and have a large furnished double room to rent in my clean comfortable home.
I am looking for a student/graduate or working person.
The kitchen/dinning area is a large open plan room with the usual appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle etc). Full use of utensils, plenty of fridge/freezer and cupboard space also.
The bathroom is shared. It is light, airy and clean and their is also a downstairs toilet with wash basin for your own use.
There is a large garden and patio, with table & chairs, plus a covered area to the side of the house with large table tennis table to use and a free standing multi gym. Parking for two cars if required.
The room is available from Sunday evening to Friday evening (but this can be discussed on enquiring)
The house is a 5 minute walk to the town centre and 2 mins to the university, plus short bus routes close by to the train station, airport and surrounding areas.
