For rent a downstairs bedroom in a shared terraced house near Bedford Square, Central Loughborough. It has been freshly decorated, new laminite floors, UPVC windows, internet, FGCH, new shower room, standard appliances and rear garden.

Council Tax (Band B) and water rates are included in the rent, but all other utilities are shared (gas, elec, internet and TV iicence) averaging 150 pounds pcm each with a full house. This is a traditional terrace house in a good location near the town center with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, a live-out landlord & flexible contract. Limited back-street parking is available via a permit from the council.

Overall, I am renting as a house on a years contract. The room would suit post grads or professional persons who want to live and work in and around Loughborough (not ideal for Leicester, Derby or Nottingham).
