King size room - fully furnished
Hi there,
My current lodger has just left and I'm looking for someone to take their place.
The room fits a king size bed and still has ample space to walk around. In addition there are two walk in wardrobes, a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. There is also a small sofa that I can either leave or take out depending on requirements. For such a large room it is very warm and cosy.
There is use of the bathroom (there's also a downstairs cloakroom), kitchen and garden area. I also have wi-fi internet access available.
There is good access to the A14, M1/M6 and the railway station is a 20min walk away. The center of town, with it's many bars and restaurants is a 10min walk. The leisure center is also a 10min walk away.
Ideally I would like a professional person, who is pretty easy going and respects that I like to keep the place as clean and tidy as is practical.
About me, I'm pretty easy going but at times do like to 'keep myself to myself' so will respect your wishes for the same. I have a number of interests outside work so am often in and out in the evenings.
