Double Room For Rent
I am privately renting with a friend who is due to move out when the tenancy is up.
I am looking for someone to move in and take her place as I don't want to move out. The rent is 310 for the bigger double room and bills would be extra.
One dilemma is that I have to pay off her deposit which is a lot but I would only expect the new tenant to pay 575 which could be held by the estate agency securely and returned at the end of the tenancy.
I am a clean, hardworking individual with a lovely well tempered small Labrador. All I ask from a new housemate is that you can be thoughtful and considerate!
