I have a great property available in Melton that is literally five minutes from the town centre. We have unfurnished double rooms available. I think this property would suit your requirements well. We do not accept DSS tenants.
We have double rooms to let at £350 and £325 per calendar month, Rooms one and two on the floor plan, with all of the following bills included: gas, electricity, water, council tax and a wireless broadband system this is on a single occupancy basis. Some of the doubles are suitable for double occupancy and the rate is £450. 00 per calendar month.
There is loads of parking both on and around this property and a secure brick built bike store in the rear garden.
We operate an on-line report submission system for property maintenance issues, nuisance tenants and new tenant referrals (we will pay you a £50 referral fee for every tenant you refer to us that signs up for a tenancy).
The kitchen holds two fridge/ freezers and every room is allocated its own shelf in a fridge and freezer, so there should be no arguments over fridge space etc. There is also a new washing machine in the kitchen and plenty of washing line space in the rear garden
All rooms have their own keyed access from the common side of the door with a thumb turn lock on the inside of the door for ease of egress in the event of a fire etc.
We have current gas and electrical safety certificates and smoke and heat detectors around the property.
Every tenant is issued with a tenants manual on acceptance of the tenancy, this explains everything about the property and how we operate, what is expected of you etc.
We only accept rental payments direct into our bank account by standing order. This stops any possibility of your forgetting to make the payment or not being able to get to the bank etc, and ensures that we don't have to shout at you for late payment... ;-).
We charge a £125 non refundable admin fee to cover the cost of credit checks, referencing etc. Rent is paid monthly by standing order. We require either a guarantor or a deposit. The deposit would be the equivalent of one months rent.
The rooms available are rooms 1 and 2 on the floor plan.
