Double Room, Bright and Clean, Quiet Home

Hi :) My name is Carol. I have available a double room and a second smaller room for one person to rent.
The second room could be a tv room, gym, storage, anything really.
Shared bathroom and kitchen.
Cream carpets throughout. I also have plain cream curtains available if preferred. Wooden desk is now painted white.
10 mins walk into town and train station, Tesco garage 5 mins away.
Washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer.
Unlimited Broadband
A parking space each, and two extra, shared with the other flats for guests.
Intercom buzzer
Motorbike/pushbike garage, enclosed bin room. Flat is the second floor as in ground floor, first floor and second floor, very secure.

My flat is six years old, modern and clean. I have lived here for four years. Previously having lived with others in different houses, renting with a landlord and co sharing.
I have worked with Special needs Monday to Friday. I am now a full time student. I come home and study, or erherm.. quite possibly binging on Netflix. I stay at my boyfriends a couple of nights a week, so you would have space to yourself.

Ideally I would like a housemate who likes a quiet home, considerate with noise for sleeping, I can have my chatty moments, and downtime moments.

My previous lodger bought and moved into next door , I hope this shows how well these flats are built. My other previous house mate has moved to Italy.
