It would ideally suit a student or a professional who is looking for somewhere quiet to stay and get to work or university easily with the excellent transport links.
The house is shared with a friendly female. If you are a tidy, easy to get on with guys ,you are more than well come to my house.
The property is a couple of minutes’ walk to Asda, Sainsburys ,Waitrose, swimming pool and conveniently situated Public Transport system.
Very close to Parklands Health Centre and Gym and university of Leicester and a walking distance to Oadby village, a 15 minutes drive to M1 and it is approximately 2 miles away from Leicester City Centre.
All bills are included and a 40 inch TV, internet, cooker, washing machine and fridge are available.
Often I stay away. My house mate needs to be self contained.
