The single room is off the main part of the house on the ground floor so it feels quite private, it has a nice bathroom/shower room.
The house is an old cottage with a large garden. It's easy to park and is on a good bus route to both the city centre and Market Harborough.
The house has two sitting rooms and a reasonable size kitchen. It has a utility room with use of washing machine.
We do have a cat.
