Double room available in quiet, central location

I'm a young professional, have two young cats but they aren't that good at conversation and keep stealing my wine. Im a veggie but don't mind living with a meat eater as long as you understand the basics of food hygiene, chatty at times and have quite a sarcastic sense of humour so need someone who knows their way around a joke.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed, clothes rail and set of drawers. These can be moved out of you want or there is a double divan base in the third room that can be shifted in. I've kept the kittens out since I moved in. If preferred there is a the third bedroom at the back of the house and I can switch the rooms round if needed.

There's a fully stocked kitchen and you'll be sharing a bathroom with bath and separate shower.

I don't mind whether you keep yourself to yourself or want to be sociable, I like a bit of both. I have friends over every now and then and don't mind if you do either, that's what the third bedroom is for after all.

It's a 2 minute walk to the high street, 3/4 minutes to the supermarket and less then 10 to the train station. On street parking is by permit which is £15 per year.

I'm getting a cleaner to come weekly since I'm going to be working away for part of the week and would appreciate someone who would mind feeding the cats every now and then.

I've put available from the 18th May but this is flexible.
