Happy with someone wanting room term time only, or just 1 to 4 evenings a week, but also available throughout year or 5 evenings a week if required. Can leave belongings in room at all times, including weekends. Quiet, beautiful rural setting in very sought after village (lots of pubs and restaurants) only 1 mile from Loughborough, 10 minute drive from University. Large LCD TV in room; broadband; shared access to garage, garden, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, terrace. Home has two bathrooms. All bills included. Not available as main residence, so suits commuter with main residence elsewhere, with vehicle. Lived in by owner and one other lodger, commuting from Cardiff, both of us are professionals. Previous lodger commutes from Ipswich, but is unfortunately shortly to retire! Available from 3rd August 2014.
