Double room in lovely house

I have gradually refurbished this large terrace property over the last two years .putting in a new bathroom and decorating most of the rooms throughout. I work away myself so you would be sharing the house with my son, . I have a separate utility room/ downstairs loo I also have a dishwasher and a cleaner comes every other week , parking is on the road at the front of the property And I have a large garden and patio area at the back , the room I am letting is a large double containing a bed and draws and bedside table.
