Double Room To Rent

I currently cant add any photos of the room as it is being occupied but I am more than willing to allow people to come round and have a look.

The house has 3 bedrooms in total but the room in question is a small double (3/4 bed insitu) or large single with fitted wardrobes also.

Tenents must be clean and tidy. Willing to help with all chores around the house and allow for random room inspection to check for damages.

I work shifts and the other housemate often travels with work and so there should be adequate privacy and minimal disturbances.

I must let you know that i have two staffordshire bull terriors who love to be fussed. As the owner of both dogs and property i dont expect my lodgers to have anything to do with the care of the dogs...unless you want to :-)
