3Bed Townhouse

Hi I am a 43 yr old female looking to rent a double room out in my house, I work very long shifts and am not there alot how ever the canidate must love dogs as i have a lge german shepard very very friendly dog, some body does come in and let him out frequently threw the day. I have a very modenised property, 3beds it would be shared living area, shared bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Im very out going, friendly and chatty, but do like to keep the house clean. i do have internet at the property, and a medium sized, sun trap rear gardedn its in a very quiet street, with friendly people living in it, Its very close to a lge tescos store and almost every take away food place you can think of is within 5mins walking distance. the room available does have a chest of draws in it, double wardrobe, and hd tv dvd in it, carpet curtains and rug.
