The home is a pet and smoke free environment and it is more of a down to earth living arrangement and as long as you are clean and tidy in the bathroom and kitchen then we will get on fine.
There is a back garden and off road parking is available
This would suit a sensible male who wants somewhere to live that is comfortable in a home where he is not told to do this and do that by a strict or rough landlady/landlord (or any that swear
because i do not and do not expect that where i am living and its about respect)
