Female only house share,near M1/M69

Female room-mate wanted to house share with one professional female in 3 bedroom house. Property is in quiet, cul-de-sac location and has plenty of parking available. There is access to large shed for storage, chest freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. You also have access to the conservatory and medium sized garden that over looks open fields.

The room has plenty of storage with large built in triple wardrobes and extra cupboard space above. There currently is not a bed in the room, however one can be can be supplied if required. The bathroom is located right next door and there is also a separate toilet and washbasin downstairs.

I'm looking for a professional person/post-grad students etc. I need someone reliable, tidy, respectful of privacy/other peoples belongings.

I work full-time at Glenfield Hospital. Majority of time is spent at home at the weekends. I am a social person but also like my privacy and peace and quiet.

Please note I do have a pet indoor guinea-pig. She is located in the lounge area.
