We have a large double room (unfurnished) available in a lovely two bed flat, with parking and garden.
We are both teachers and I have found a new job outside of Leicestershire, and we are looking for a professional male or female tenant to move in. All we ask is that you're relaxed, easy going and help keep the place tidy!
The flat is spacious, with two bedrooms, a huge shared living room, a well equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and bathroom with bath and separate shower. It's positioned on the outskirts of Stoneygate, so quiet and safe, but very close to town and the train station.
Rent is £297. 50 a month and council tax and internet works out at around £85 a month each. Water and electricity are paid quarterly.
