I have a 5 bedroomed house and have 1 double room with shared en suite available now within a 15 Min walk from Loughborough University. There is a shared kitchen, fully stocked with crockery and cutlery, pots, pans etc, with 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, cooker, microwave, dishwasher. Comfortable lounge with TV including Virgin Media WiFi broadband, separate dining room and bathroom with separate toilet. This is a very family oriented household and has a very homely feel to it.
The rear garden is mainly paved and decked so no grass to cut and ideal for BBQ's. There is a small shed or garage for bicycle storage if required.

All rooms have bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. A cleaner visits the house once a fortnight to clean the communal areas, so everything keeps nice and clean and tidy.
