Beautiful 2 bedroom annexe nearing completion available to rent from early January (earlier may be possible by negotiation).

The annexe has two double rooms, a brand new, gorgeous bathroom, it's own kitchen/diner including washing machine and a lounge. Wifi available throughout.

There is also a large garden and plenty of parking.

We are on the outskirts of Uppingham within easy walking distance of the town centre but also convenient for the A47 and have a beautiful country walk meandering through the property. All views are countryside.

We live right next door so available to help straight away with any questions/problems. We're a very friendly family with two cats who may or may not take to other pets (we can always find out!!).

There will be a small additional charge for bills of £10 per week.
