The house is semi-detached in the quiet village of Bardney. There is a Co-op in the village; which is a five minute walk. there are a few friendly pubs and the neighbours are lovely too.
The house has a huge garden with a shed and outhouse for extra storage space.
I have an electric hob cooker with a gas oven and central heating. The house is solid brick and built in 1910, but the house is in good condition.
There is a family sized bathroom with built in storage space and a shower over the bath; which we will share.
The spare room to let has been recently painted and has a wardrobe with drawers under the bed.
The house is fully furnished, but still adding to it.
I work full time and have a cat; who is very friendly and quiet.
