Furnished double room for monthly rent, will be living with one other (myself). I'm looking for a similar type of person to myself , 20-35 young working professional who is quiet easy going and polite. The House is a 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Pilgrim hospital and town centre. I currently work away in the R. A. F and travel a lot during the week. I spend most weekdays working away and generally spend the weekends watching sport/motor sport and socializing with friends. I go out about once a month for a late night out nothing more and my days of waking up on the sofa with pizza stuck to my face are behind me so if this is the case this house is not for you. The room is fully furnished with Ikea furniture and all in pristine condition, Room has a brand new 40" samsung HD Freeview TV for use, double memory foam matress, double chest of draws, full body mirror and built in wardrobe. Third bedroom is an office/study if you are also studying / need a desk and want to get your head down into some work you can. Would like to live with a tidy and respectful housemate like the one who is regretfully leaving me for better career prospects in a city job.
