Double room in Bourne town centre

The double room is within a shared house close to the centre of town. The room is fully furnished with privacy locks and a digital TV socket. The occupant would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen and living room.

The kitchen has all the usual mod cons including two fridges and two freezers as well as enough cupboard space for everyone. Garden maintainence is taken care of privately.

All utility bills are included. There are no hidden extras in the fixed monthly rent and includes the services of a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas as well as unlimited broadband access.

The house is shared with up to four tenants. I currently have two male tenants and one female.

There is some off road parking attached to the house but otherwise there is plenty of roadside parking.

I use a standard "Assured shorthold tenancy agreement" through the National landlord Association that I am a member of. The house is also fully compliant with current fire, gas and electrical safety regulations.

The room would suit an individual looking for a simple, fixed price accomodation option close to their work place and are happy with a centrally located albeit quiet property location close to town centre amenities and transport links.

The individual should be willing to clear up after themselves and be prepared to job share certain domestic chores with their fellow tenants. As a shared house the individual would need to be courteous and respectful to the other tenants as a certain amount of 'team' work is needed to maintain a happier household for everybody.
