****House Share Wanted-Bourne Area****

I am looking for someone to enter into a house share with me rather than just renting a room from someone else (please ignore the current postcode on this Ad its my current address) - I would prefer to find someone with similar needs to mine and then rent a house out together

I am a young professional female who is very laid back and easy going-I enjoy sitting in front of the TV and having a chat-I am a VERY mature young woman for my age so going out and drinking like normal people my age doesn't really interest me!

I am a very honest genuine person who would like to find someone similar to live with;
I would like a house in the area of Bourne, Market Deeping, or in the other direction out towards Morton, Rippingale and Billingborough as I work in Deeping but travel to the stables most days in Pinchbeck

I propose a 50-50 split of the deposit and all rent+bills also split unless there is a reason otherwise (One of us is there much more than the other)

My budget is around £250 a month rent and £150 bills so I would like someone who could equally match this if possible to look at renting a house in the region of £500PCM
