We have a room with en-suite available. It comfortably accommodates a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, (these will be provided by us). The En-suite has a basin, toilet and shower.
We have 3 dogs and a cat.
We are both teachers and are therefore out Monday - Friday normal working hours.
We have off street parking, washing machine and fibre-optic broadband. All bills are included in the price. (Except for food). Fridge provided.
We are located half way between Market Deeping, Spalding and Crowland, all approximately 10 minutes by car. There is a bus stop immediately across the road from the house, with services running each way.
