In the room there is a small Freeview Digital TV, plus Broadband available. There is a cupboard in the kitchen and a shelf in the fridge. No laundry facilities. Includes all utilities. £15 key deposit required on arrival. Shared use of dining room, lounge and bathroom. Minutes from A46, about 5 miles out of Lincoln.
