Very large room 16 x16 ft with it's own shower en suite in a new house. The house has a very large kitchen 35 ft long connected to an open plan dining area and living room. Theres a big garden and ample parking/ double garage in a private cul de sac of just 4 houses.
There's fibre broadband connected.
All bills are included in the rent but we split the cost of the cleaner three ways, which is 35 per month.
Pictures will follow shortly when the room is vacant but feel free to enquire. It's a really good room in a nice house with one other person most of the time, I'm away more than I'm home.
