Professional self contained luxury annex

Annex type private accomodation. Double bedroom with an en suite shower room and toilet . Extreamly nice accomodation, with the added advantage of a private sitting room with a wood burner stove and french doors to a small garden area, own front door too, the accomodation also has a kitchenette . Private property in a very rural location with parking in the drive. Would suit someone who needs a base Monday to Friday , no over night stays and visitors will be permitted. If however anyone wished to stay 7 nights a week for a short time I would be flexible. also I would be flexible on a shorter than 1 month rental however the price would be adjusted . The family have horses and terrier dogs however the dogs are not allowed the free run of the house . Somemone who respects the country and likes animals would be most welcome . Please be aware that we have internet but the signal can drop from time to time , the same as sky tv , it is rural so please bear in mind .The area is nice for walks and is near to Louth which is a nice market town 8 miles away . Grimsby , Cleethorpes are around 10 miles away with plently of night life . There is a village pub and another 5 minutes drive away. There is a village hall that has keep fit classes and the village has a tennis court too. Train stations at Cleethorpes and Grimsby .
