I have put no pets accepted as been badly let down on this previously so its not a no but I would want full honest details before deciding
Rental is paid calander monthly with 1 month 2 weeks in advance thereafter monthly, then on giving notice of 1 month you only then pay for pro rata for remaining.
1 month notice in writing.
