A light and airy, double room has recently become available in my home on Dudley Road after one of my long-term lodgers moved on to pastures new.

We are ideally looking for a working male lodger of similar age and interests to join our friendly group!

Our house is a comfortable and homely 4-bed period townhouse, with many original features. It has: two bathrooms (bath/shower in both), communal living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, patio area and garden.

The bedroom for rent is nicely decorated, furnished, with plenty of storage space and a TV. Rent includes all bills, WiFi internet, council tax and TV license.

Our cat (Harry) also shares this house with us, and so cat-lovers (or at least tolerators) are a must!

The room is available 7 days a week, but the terms of the tenancy are flexible dependent on the right person.

As the property is 10 minutes walking distance from Grantham train station, and 5 minutes from the bus station, commuters are also welcome. The commute to London is an hour only via high-speed train now. If Mon-Fri let is needed only, then a bed-linen, towel and breakfast service may be provided for a negotiated extra fee (if necessary).

Grantham itself is a nice market town, with all of the amenities you may need, pubs, restaurants, a cinema, and good links into nearby cities.
