We have 2 large, double bedrooms which are immaculately presented, in a recently renovated house. The house is situated close to the town centre (5 minute walk) and train station (10 minute walk).
All the rooms throughout the house are furnished to a high standard.
Each bedroom has new double bed and mattress, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The contemporary bathroom has shower and bath facilities.
There is a large, open planned Kitchen/dinner area, which has only recently been fitted. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is ample storage space for food. The kitchen has double doors opening on to a decked outside area with steps leading down on to a lawn.
There is a TV/living room where you can relax with housemates or friends, the TV is supplied by us.
All bills (water, gas, electric, council tax, internet and tv licence) are included in the rent and therefore it is just one monthly payment, so no need to worry about any additional costs.
Couples are welcome however an ˜add on will be required to cover additional utility bills.
Our rooms are compliant with the Councils safety requirements.
