Looking for reliable house mate
I am looking for someone reliable and relatively tidy. (I don't like picking up after people) I will require between 350-400 a month rent all bills included depending on how much gas/electric is used.
As part of your rent you will have sole access to two bedrooms and a walk in wardrobe.
Preferably looking for someone chatty and outgoing to share my home with.
First months rent upfront and room is ready to move into immediately.
I am not a smoker anymore but am not opposed to anyone who is happy to smoke outside.
