Country House needs dog loving lodgers

Hi My name is Sarah and I have a large 4 bedroom house with a garden annex in the beautiful village of Little Humby located approximately seven miles East of Grantham the principal Town in the South Kesteven District of Lincolnshire.

I occupy the annex with my three dogs and I share the facilities in the main house with one professional male lodger. The main house on the ground floor consists of a large lounge, cloak room, dinning room, smaller snug lounge (for the quite times)large kitchen with all appliances including two fridges and a dish washer, utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and a large freezer.

on the upper floor is a large bathroom with electric shower and large corner bath not forgetting the loo, there is a twin room with two single beds, a double room with a kingsize bed, a smaller double room and finally a large kinsized suite with ensuite. The whole house is decorated in a fairly typical cottage style with wooden floors open fires and wooden beams.

There is an extensive patio and large paddock area to the rear of the house, access for parking in the rear is available if required although consideration for the safety of the dogs who roam the rear areas is essential and prospective lodgers must be comfortable being around three friendly dogs.

viewing is essential and references will be required. prospective lodgers should be sociable easy going individual's who respect others privacy and don't mind sharing a meal or the odd glass of wine after a long hard day at work.

All bills are included within reason, and there is a local bus service serving the village. Grantham is no more than a 10-15 minute drive and a local pub is within walking distance. each Tuesday we get a visit from the mobile chip shop.
