Newly re-furbished and fully furnished self-contained studio attached to a beautiful farmhouse adjacent to Laughton Forest. The Lodge has been tastefully restored from a brick built stable block. The accomodation has it's own front and rear entrance and is totally private and has it's own garden for relaxing and taking in the views. The Lodge is set in rolling countryside and is situated between Morton and Laughton. We are 4 miles from Gainsborough town centre, 10 miles from Scunthorpe and 8 miles from West Burton power station. Rural location therefore own transport required. Under cover parking space available if required. Please note that we are situated half a mile down a farm track and are 2 miles from shops and pubs. If you like tranquillity you will love the location.

The studio is well-equipped for all your needs. It is a single storey building and is fully double glazed. Both rooms have beamed ceilings and tiled/ laminate floors. The Lodge has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and toilet and a seperate open plan kitchen/ diner and lounge with log burning stove, oil central heating, fridge, freezer, two ring cooker and oven, microwave, TV, DVD, CD player and own personal broadband. All fully furnished and well equipped etc. Bedding & towels supplied.

All utility bills included.

Monday to Friday let £105 per week single occupancy.

We have horses, dogs, cats and poultry and are huge animal lovers so although they wont have access to the studio you must be an animal lover to fit in with our home life. We have space for 1 horse if you wish to bring your own(rates negotiable).

Short term lets available e. g. 1 week/ weekends at holiday cottage rates.
