The houseshare will be with myself and one other. Plenty of on-street parking outside of the house. Looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and easy going. The house is close to Bishop Grot uni and within walking distance of the Bailgate area. Willing to negotiate on rent in certain circumstances, including weekly payments. 1 months notice to be given in any circumstance.
