nice double room in a 2 bedroom apartment on High street (7-8 min walk to uni). I am a PhD student myself and looking to share the property with another postgraduate/ mature student/ similar-minded person. The house comes furnished. Room is good size . There is a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room. Utility bills, broadband, tv-licence, etc. are included in the rent. The house includes all the usualls (fridge, washing machine, etc.) but there is no dish washer. Ideally I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful and also sociable and friendly.
