The room has new carpets and curtains, a comfortable single wooden bed and includes a good size chest of drawers, under bed storage, bedside cabinet so plenty of room for your things.

The house is fully furnished, right through to knives and forks and ready for you to move in, all you need is your stuff and some bedding and there's even a tumble dryer!! The down stairs bathroom has just been refurbished and has a new bathroom suite and electric shower.
The kitchen is nicely laid out and fully equipped. There is a secure rear garden with BBQ area nicely laid out at the back.
There is a TV in the living room, TV points and High Speed WiFi Broadband in every room.
The room is great for someone moving into the city looking to find somewhere to stay with "normal" clean considerate house mates already there.
