The house is modern and comfortable. It was my family home before I moved out, and therefore I want respectful and friendly lodgers looking after it! It has a cozy sitting room, dining room (with double doors out to the garden), kitchen, and downstairs bathroom (with brand new shower and bath).
There is a garden with a grassed area, patio, and brick shed. The windows and doors are all double glazed and newly fitted. The house has never had indoor pets or smokers. Carpets are recently fitted.
All bills are included in the rent, including broadband. The house comes part-furnished but requirements can be discussed.
I am looking for tidy and respectful housemates.
The area is very quiet and safe, with on-street parking and nice neighbours. It is only a short walk to the bailgate, and 10/15 minutes walk down the hill to town.
