I have a spacious single room in my flat to let. It contains a double bed. There are also two small wardrobes in the room. The flat, itself, is quite large. There is a pleasant living room containing a TV and DVD player, a well equipped kitchen containing a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cooker and washing machine. There is also a yard for drying laundry. The flat is situated near the city centre and the university. It would suit a mature student or professional person. The rent covers all the bills. I am away during the week (I am a social worker and I work in the southeast) so you would have the place to yourself most of the time.
There is no deposit but character references are essential. The room is available from 1st August 2014 onwards.
