The room at £303 is a very nice single bedroom with a built in wardrobe along one wall giving loads of storage, there is also a single wooden bed with under bed storage, & a desk with chair & a bedside unit.
The house is fully furnished, right through to knives and forks and ready for you to move in, all you will need is your stuff and some bedding, there's even a tumble dryer!! There's a large 32" flat screen TV in the living room and TV points and High Speed WiFi Broadband is in all the rooms.
The lounge leads into the fully equipped kitchen. The shower room is brand new and has a great large walk in shower.
The rooms are perfect for anyone wanting to live within easy walking distance of the city center in a great house.
