Refurbished House close to city centre

There is a double bedroom available to rent now in a recently refurbished terraced house. The house is situated just a 10 minute walk from Lincoln University, the centre of town and Lincoln Station. It is also just a 2 minute walk from Lidl.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and desk with chair. There is a lock on each bedroom door. The lounge/dining area has two sofas, LED TV (with the TV licence included in the rent) and a DVD player. A dining table with four chairs is also provided. We also have a washing machine, dishwasher and a large fridge and separate large freezer. At the rear there is a small garden with a clothes line and table and chairs.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy within a considerate and friendly environment and we expect our new housemate to have the same approach. This is a non-smoking house.
