Cosy room to rent

My name is Natalie - I am the homeowner and a working professional teacher in Retford, travelling to work everyday. I live with my two cats, Coco and Bella, and would preferably like a female professional housemate. I do like to socialise but don't frequently have people over at the house, it is a cosy house and a relaxing space...

It is a three bedroomed terraced home, in a quiet area with a cosy feel. There is a short 10/15minute walk from the town center. But if you don't fancy the walk, on the corner of the road there is a bus stop. We are very close to the local co-op as well as other amenities. We are incredibly close to the Aboretum, which is lovely for the summer months! Although there is no off-road parking, the street is quite safe and there is space for a car.

The house has a fully furnished kitchen, that includes a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a microwave and individual cupboard space. There is also a communal living area, with a dinning table, chairs and a settee, which is very social space when cooking and having friends over. The house is equipt with Virgin Media Wireless Broadband, which is available in the room.

There is a cosy double room available, it is fully furnished with a double bed (with memoryfoam mattress), a canvas wardrobe, desk and chair for computer use and a small lamp. Unfortunately there isn't access to a TV point.
