Luxury Double Room & Part Ensuite In Modern House

I am looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and respectful. I'm very much in to my sports, cycling, running, gym, swimming etc, so not a going out drinking person. I currently live in the house with a loving cat and a loving small dog, and looking for someone to make use of the spare room.

The room for rent is a partly furnished double bedroom. There is a king sized bed with 2 under draws and a large double wardrobe which fits ALOT in. Also you would have primary use of the main bathroom next door which has a toilet, sink, bath and shower. I have use of my own bathroom so only use this one on the odd occasion to use the bath so it would be like having your own ensuite.

The house downstairs has a kitchen diner, utility room, downstairs toilet and a shared lounge. There is also a good sized garden which has been landscaped.

There is Plenty of street parking directly around the house as there are little parking restrictions.

Also included is use of the fibre broadband within the property.

The house is modern clean and homely located on a new housing estate on the outskirts of Lincoln. I'm looking for someone who is ok with pets, I have a cat and a small dog. They are very friendly and love cuddles and attention.

The property is in close proximity to a variety of shops and the Hospital is only 1 mile away for anyone working there it is very easy to walk. Bishop Grot College and Lincoln College are both only around 2 miles away and it's only 3 miles from the lovely Bailgate/Cathedral areas. The house is near a bus route that takes you in to Lincoln centre so easy accessible to the city centre as well.
