Double bedrooms available in a fully modernized house on Nelthorpe Street, just off the high street.

The house is recently redecorated and in very good condition throughout. It comes furnished including a 32" flat screen TV.
I also employ a cleaner to clean the shared areas of the house once a week, as I know that this can be an issue when sharing.

The rooms are priced between £70 and £90 per week including all bills, broadband etc. Currently the house is occupied by students but it would be suitable for either students or young professionals.
If non-students were to live in the house, they would be liable to pay the council tax of £84 per month (although a single non-student would get a 25% discount on this)

Upstairs:
Room 3: 3. 2 x 2. 6m £83/week taken
Room 4: 4. 2 x 2. 8m £90/week taken
Room 5: 3. 9 x 2. 1m £83/week

I may be able to offer a discount to a group who sign up together.

Two of the current tenants (Who will be a third year student and a masters student next year) wish to remain in the house next year to complete their courses, a good sign of the quality of the accommodation, I think!
I am a committed landlord who is willing to make any improvements in the décor or other provision within the house if requested.
