Hi, I'm Ellie, one of the current housemates. We live in a big furnished house. It did used to be a student house so the interior is a bit cheap and cheerful.
The room available is a small double room upstairs. We do have another single room available but we tend to use it as a spare room as is a bit smaller. There are two shower rooms and a separate bathroom with corner Bath so never a problem with waiting for someone to finish.
The house is rented as a house which we split between us so the rent is actually only £137. 50 a month and then we split the bills between us. I've put £230 but it is usually between £200-230 a month.
Depending on when the current housemates have finished moving then I will add some photos.
