Professional required to lodge with female in a lovely house in a quiet location in the Doddington Park area of Lincoln. Ten minutes away from the town centre (by car) and good bus route. Close to amenities such as doctors, chemist, pubs, post office, supermarkets, retail parks, etc.

Double bedroom, furnished, including double wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet, lamp, double metal framed bed and mattress, own bathroom with shower, (bedding and towels not included). Access to kitchen with use of all appliances, including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, condensor dryer, along with cleaning products, also use of lounge, downstairs cloakroom, garden.

£400 per calender month, includes rent and utilities, (gas, electric, tv licence, council tax, water, broadband)

I am a friendly lady, who laughs alot and I would like someone who I can get on with as sharing my space with someone has to feel right. You must be comfortable around and like a friendly pet dog, who is very sociable and likes her own space too lol.

Reference required and small refundable deposit, must be working.
