1 x en-suite student room + 1 x non en-suite room

I have two rooms available in separate houses. Both are lovely newly refurbished student houses. One of the rooms is an en-suite double and this is £90 per week. The other is a standard double room and this is £85 per week. Both houses are mixed groups... male and female.

The first property is about 5-10 minutes walk from both the centre of town and from the University campus and the other is about an extra 5 minutes walk away... so both are very close. These rooms are available due to a change in circumstances by tenants who had planned to move in for 2014-15 but who are now trying to find people to take their places. I am looking for tenants who will fit in to the two groups, who like a clean and tidy environment and who appreciates the need to keep it that way for others. The properties are non-smoking and all the bills and wireless broadband are included.

I am a small landlord and I take a lot of pride in the quality of my properties. I have fully modernised each one; including fitting double glazing, installing central heating, insulating walls and roof space and inserting new damp proof courses. You will find them warm and cosy even in the coldest of weathers and completely free from damp and condensation, which affects many unmodernised rental houses. They are decorated and equipped to the highest standards and I provide a personal service with no letting agents or middlemen and no agency, referencing or other fees.
