I'm looking for someone to fill a room in a 3 bedroom shared house, 62 Henley Street, Lincoln.
Already in the house is a Media student and an Audio student.

We are both fairly laid back and relaxed.
Living with us you should expect some noise, since we'll be playing instruments every now and then, as we are in a band.

We would ideally like a student who's
chilled-out, respectful, easy to get on with.
Tattoos, piercings, vibrant hair all welcomed.

The bedroom contains; desk and chair, bed with mattress, wardrobe, and chest of draws.

Rest of the property includes;
Living room with; sofa TV stand widescreen TV, coffee table.
Kitchen with; cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, hoover, mop, bucket, bin, dustpan and brush.
Shared bathroom with; bath with shower over.

Small outside yard.
Property backs onto the river.
Nearby parking possible.

The contract is available to start from 8 August 2014 onwards.
