Cheap room in the West End

Heya,

We are looking for someone to move into our house share in the west end. As we rent the house as a whole, we are looking for someone who is laid back and we get on with as we all get on very well.

The house is very big, but it used to be a student house so cheap and cheerful is the best way to describe it. Parking is on the street residents parking, which is £52 for a year for a permit.

There is a shared living room, a big shared kitchen, a downstairs toilet and a separate downstairs shower, an upstairs toilet/shower and a separate bathroom with corner bath. We do have a spare room which we tend to use for visitors and storage.

The room for rent can fit a double bed in it, and has a built in desk and a wardrobe. With a double bed in, it isn't the biggest room but its not bad. It comes furnished with a single bed only so if you need a double I'm afraid you'll have to bring one. (photos to follow)

As it is a shared house, the actual rent is £550 which split between 4 of us makes £137. 50, but after bills it is usually about £200-230 a month. We have upgraded our virgin so we have sky channels and fibre optic internet.
The letting agents do tend to charge £90-100 admin fee for checking and we will b e getting a new conttact so its a minimum of 6months staying

The current tenants are a student nurse (me) and two professionals. We do get on very well and spend a lot of time sat watching tv together.
