Ideally looking for a chilled out housemate to share my house with who is clean and tidy. Must like cats as I have two and preferably female.
The rent includes everything. (council tax, electricity, gas, water and sky tv with unlimited broadband)
There is parking, but it's on the road outside. I have a car and have never had any problems parking.
